Having pixelation while trying to export video from Vegas Pro 12

  1. I have this problem
See on the right side where the audio wave is? That's my problem. The biggest thing that bothers me is that in video preview in Vegas also shows this same thing.

The video was recorded with debut video capture.

I installed utvideo codec hoping to export it in .avi using that codec.

I want to export lossless video and then encode using handbrake or vidcoder.

My CPU and ram are bad but I don't think they'd be the issue.

If you need any additional info just tell me.

Is the issue only there when you are previewing the video in Vegas, or is it only there when you render the video out?

Also what are your render settings, as that is a possibility that affects the video.

Don't render to WMV, that format isn't really supported very well on YouTube any more (it used to be a good format to use, but not now). You are better using H.264 as it produces the best quality and is what YouTube recommends to use. See this thread for my Vegas MP4 settings: https://encodingtalk.com/threads/my-vegas-preset.3907/
