  1. I am using Fraps to record a 2 hour Skype Video conversation for a client and was wondering what a couple of features are about...

    1. What is the difference between Stereo & Multi-Channel (stereo is obvious but what does Multi-channel do?)

    2. What is the difference between the red and yellow numbers on the top left?

    3. What do those numbers signifiy?

Thanks for anyone who can help..

    1) Dunno
    2) Yellow = not recording, Red = recording
    3) They are the frame per second.

  3. Thanks Shukaku...

    1. Stereo is ro record your left right right speaker, 2.1 sound. Multi-channel is to record anything above this, for instance, 5.1 surround sound. It will rcord every speaker and keep them in place for playback so people can hear what the people with multiple speakers heard.

    2. Red means that it is recording, yellow means that it is not recording. Also, purple means that it is buffering the recording.

    3. Those numbers mean how many frames, or pictures are being displayed every second. The higher the number the smoother the video, but the bigger the size/more resources that will be needed to sustain the higher numbers.

If you have more questions then fire away.
